JOB DESCRIPTION
Key result area 1: Client Pitching / Media Planning (70%)
Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any)
Provide guidance to the team on planning, follow- up on operations, and optimization of digital campaigns to get the input to revise the strategy, planning, and approach for better results.
Build up the media planning team from the scratch, from recruitment to development.
Be the trusted advisor/ to- go person within the team and with clients for all things related to digital/ media
Provide strategy/planning/approach to clients, across different digital platforms/ media platforms in order to achieve the brief’s objectives
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
Key result area 2: Media Innovation & Product development (30%)
Support to train media/account/.. team about these things above
Develop best practices/ framework and procedures/processes for media planning/proposal & operations for solutions/ verticals.
To update the team and clients on new trends and changes in the media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a media agency, client- side in- house team
Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills, analytical skills & problem- solving skills are the MUSTs
Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, self- motivated, can- do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Strong critical thinking and problem- solving skills
Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms, with hands- on experience in advertising technology platforms: FB, Google, Ad- network,...
Good to have
Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
Experience in integrated planning will be an advantage
Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
Demonstrated experience and success working in a client- facing role.
