We need experienced design editors (Photoshop, In- design, etc.) and related PMs who
have a good sense of contents creation, AI design tools (stable diffusion, etc.),
Glints’ client is receiving high demand for mass- producing model- shot images for the e- commerce/shopping industry. Leveraging unique Gen AI solution as well as other useful
tools (open source, 3rd party, or strategic partners&039; solutions), the company is providing end- to- end studio service for large B2B clients who need product operations in bulk volume (ex.
500- 1,000 image creation per month)
We need the related project leaders (pre- edit, prompting, post- editing) who can optimizing
the utilization of the Image Gen AI tools, and ensure the operation schedule and quality
standard requested by the clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Good sense of bridge managing & communicating between project requirement (client’s intention) and crowd workers or vendor partners
Capability of design quality evaluation, reviewing & editing, setting standards &criteria, processing, and guiding crowd workers or vendor partners
Adept in project managing, coordinating resources, multi- tasking.
5 + Years of Experience in Image Contents Directing, Design/Editing
Portfolio, CV, Sample Test, Interview needed.
Communication with client or CS manager, information absorption, pro- active research, instructing and guiding other design/editor practitioners.
Adept in applying AI tools in practice along with expert human design &editing review.
Familiar with E- commerce Shopping / Photoshoot / Fashion Lookbook- Knowledge, experience, and interest in Image Gen AI tools (ex. stable diffusion) utilization.
English / Korean communication preferred.
Experienced Hard Skill- Contents/Design editing skills with Photoshop, In- design, etc.
