Operation: Overall in charge of branch operations activity

Supervisory role and may act in place of the BOM during absence; assist BOM on ad- hoc assignments
Approves financial transactions if the transaction hits override conditions (under Checker role only)
Ensure staff compliance to bank policies, procedures and branch controls
Handle customer inquiries, refer leads/ queries to appropriate distribution channels, attend to and resolve quick kills
Ensure smooth branch operations, handle complains and investigations
Perform maintenance functions (under Maker and Checker role) such as change of demographic, account related requests, block status placement & uplift and account closure,..

Service standardization at highest level

Recommend appropriate actions to identified problems as needed
Ensuring max level of customer experience and satisfaction at branch
Service standard and quality upheld in the highest level

People Management

Support back operations on Unmanned Channels under Checker role
Provide coaching and on- the- job training to ensure staff are equip with job knowledge

Branch Operations- Productivity and Efficiency
Business Performance – GCDV BSC
Customer Service Delivery – Compliments, Complaints, NPS and Service level measures
Risk / Audit / AML – Review by R&A, IA, external auditors, SBV.
Operational Processes – Compliance with stipulated procedures
