Summary:
Support the store by creating and updating rules, mechanisms, and educational systems (Store Operation department function)
As an MDOP integrated business, cooperate with each other and solve problems in cooperation with related departments.
Monitor operation of Glam Beautique store chains and support for opening new stores
Directly Monitor and Handle all Glam Beautique stores (Store manager function)
Monitor the Operation of all Glam Beautique stores:
Find out and propose for solving issues, including sales/GP/ TOD improvement by below:
Propose new promotion to MD.
Coordinate with GB’s Supervisor for checking the situation of Project;
Improve/innovate Operation by creating and updating rules, mechanisms, and educational systems.
Cooperate with GB’s Division Leader / Group Leader/ Supervisor for information sharing, inventory managing (Transfering, Ordering, PA0)
Go to stores for checking the situation and support for store operation, ensuring the Store follow concept properly;
Work with related departments (IC/IT/ID/ACCT/Legal...) to solve OPR matters if any
Manage and develop staff by training, mentoring, coaching.
Make monthly/ promotion result report
Inform all the information and promotion from MD to store operation, follow up the application of all stores and report to MD;
Check Operation expenses and propose expenses improvement. Support making P&L
Following new concept, support making layout, regulation, enviroment, assorment.
Improvement / Renovation / Innovation
Complete Opening new GB stores:
Coordinate with Store Operation team for training operation/ Cashier & CS/ MMD skill and product knowledge for new staff.
Support for operation before and during the opening period.
Support to make layout, set up fit- out, fixture, display, facilities and systems
Coordinate with related departments (HR, IT, ID,…) for related matters
Arrange supporter from other Department to support merchandise displaying.
Other duties
Manage Skill Test program in coordination with Trainer, MD, Academy...
Other tasks assigned by GB Operation Manager / General Manager
Ensure stationery and material for stores
Check promotion/event at stores: display, implementation,… etc
This job description will be reviewed yearly to adapt with business’ demand
Arrange for payment to suppliers/ landlord
