[HN] Risk Operation Analyst

Get to know our Team:
A Risk Operations Officer plays an essential part in VNPAY. The candidate will be responsible for performing the frauds investigation process with VNPAY.
The day-to-day activities:
1. Functional
•Observing transactions to identify fraudulent activity.
•Developing/build-up policies and procedures
•Researching, updating the rule, the policy of International Card Organization, State Bank of Vietnam, the Local Bank and Other Authorities for handling chargeback and dispute.
•Synthesizing and making reports.
•Studying, analyzing the fraud-related cases
2. People
•Following, controlling the timeline of fraud cases to ensure timely and ensure VNPAY’s right depending on the policy
•Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within our standard policy
•Participating in task/projects as assigned by leaders/managers
3. Customer
•Counseling, professional training, answering questions related to fraud operations and procedures.
4. Financial
•To reduce fraud losses within the department by reporting significant fraud patterns.
