JOB DESCRIPTION
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
Savills Place (Marketing Services Department) provides a full range of marketing, branding and placemaking services to all real estate sectors including office and retail, hotel and resort, high- rise apartment, and large townships.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Content Writer is responsible for creating written text in the tone suitable for the Clients’ style and appropriate for many platforms:
- Press releases, PR articles.
- Videos
- Website, email, social media, blogs
- Communication & content strategy
- Press advertising
- Marketing materials
The Senior Content Writer must keep an eye on any changes to the media landscape that will influence concepts and make projects innovative and fresh.
The Senior Content Writer works closely with other team members in order to construct effective creative work that brings client satisfaction, a copywriter needs a creative mind alongside an organized approach and the ability to think laterally and literally.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
Manage content projects to ensure clients’ approval and to meet the project deadlines.
Create original copy, proofread, and edit content for a range of mediums including Press Release, social media, Email sequences, Web copy, Video storyboard, blogs, Marketing collateral.
Generate creative ideas to support a team to build innovative campaigns
Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to junior copywriters.
Work closely with other team members, especially Account Executive, to propose content strategy and execute the projects and ensure the quality of the content delivered to clients.
Research market, clients’ background, products, services, and other resources to ensure competency in preparation of materials.
WORKING LOCATION: Savills Hanoi Office, 21st Floor, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND:
Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
2+ years experience as a copy writer/ content writer.
Good knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
BSc in Marketing, Communications, Journalism.
Experience working in Marketing and Communication Agency is a plus.
The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality.
