B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on- the- job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing- to- learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Each successful candidate will be provided with a development plan (6 months in non- production and 9 months in production group) which is carefully prepared by the line manager with a professional career and coaching plan within the chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm them to become permanent employees after the training and development period.

JOB DESCRIPTION
❖ Controlling & report for Inventory
• Take out inventory based on full approval of Reject Form & Stock Adjustment Form
• Calculate spare parts (SPs) devaluation, run monthly Balance sheet Evaluation for Inventory
• Prepare yearly document for annual physical stock count
• Complete monthly Inventory report (included: Expired goods report, Stock movement…), analysis monthly inventory for each Division
• Complete quarterly function cost report & monthly reconciles
❖ Assets Management
• Review and update SOP related assets management
• Complete all reports for monthly fixed assets & other reports as required
• Prepare yearly document for annual physical count for fixed assets
• Create fixed assets & run monthly depreciation cost
❖ Controlling general & Miscellaneous
• Work with PMS team to complete PnL export of annual Latest Estimation
• Assist the CO team in controlling expenses; tracking against targets, coordinate and implement of all measures required to safeguard sales and profitability of the company
• Complete monthly, quarterly IT’s cost report for local & regional
• Monitor cost development and identify unfavorable cost trends
• Support changes with respect to SAP and non- SAP related Controlling process
• Monthly Analysis Actual performance vs budget & Forecast
REQUIREMENTS
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good command of English
- Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience
- Self- motivated and proactive
- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent
- Willing to make changes
- Good Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel
