JOB DESCRIPTION
Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:45
Location: Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expenses management & make payment for all expenses regarding HNO: electrical, telephone, taxi,…
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings.
Others required by Manager.
Maintain records/ reporting and documentation related to general affairs.
Provide administrative support to HN office: telephone & mobile service, taxi card, couriers in- out, guest/ visitor, stationary facility, maintenance/ cleaning, copy machine, coffee machine, water dispenser etc…
REQUIREMENTS
• Commit to work 6 months
• Final year student or just graduated majoring in businessadministration, hotel management, or other related fields
• Communication Skills: good verbal and writtencommunication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to workcollaboratively in a team.
• Fluency in English
• High level of personal discipline and integrity
• Careful, caution and precise at work
• Strong focus on results
• Dynamic, enthusiastic personality eager to learn withstrong curiosity and proactive approach
