JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB BRIEF:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a branding and marketing environment. You will need to create marketing ideas, drive branding services, and work closely with the team to deliver proposals and campaigns for clients.
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive and manage branding and marketing projects at Savills Place (Marketing Services) Department. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, delivering client support, and ensuring all proposals and campaigns are delivered successfully.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development role:
Negotiate and/or assist team negotiate with the Clients to get the contracts signed
Build, manage and develop client relationships
Guide and supervise the team’s work quality to ensure met the clients&039; expectation
Develop new business with existing and new clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the revenue target
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Department.
Set, monitor, and report on team goals (managing budget and team profit)
Marketing role:
Create, develop, and manage ideas to deliver branding and marketing proposals and campaigns
Contribute ideas, concepts, insights for branding/ digital marketing/ communication campaigns.
Develop and manage branding projects from the conceptual stages to implementation and evaluation. This includes running branding workshops, research, defining brand strategy and identity, and guidelines
Provide analysis, interpretations, and results of performance.
Review design, editing and drafts before sending to the Creative team.
REQUIREMENTS
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least two years of experience working in branding and marketing agencies (prefer international agencies).
Degree in Branding, Marketing, or related fields.
Knowledge of and hands- on experience with SEO, web development, Google Adwords, and email marketing. Experience with webinars and high- tech marketing (virtual tours) is preferred.
Good PowerPoint proficiency.
Proficient in English.
Exceptional attention to detail and a can- do attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Senior PR & Marketing Executive
WHAT YOU&039;LL DO/ THE ROLE
Identify target audiences andanalyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits.
Support the Line Manager to arrangepress conferences, news briefings, media interviews, visits and other externalevents including the preparation of all contents with the agreement of theconcerning business line leaders.
Manage our media performanceand maintain our positions in terms of top spokespersons, share of voice, andbrand loyalty.
Build and maintain therelationships and contacts with new media tools and owners (websites, blogs,KOLs).
Cooperate with internal designerand the company business line leaders to prepare the company brochures,handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films andmultimedia programs; supervise the quality of these products and arranging theeffective distribution of marketing materials.
Support digital marketing team inwriting and proofreading copy; as well as maintaining and updating customer databases.
Liaise with the company businessline leaders and with guidance of the Line Manager to develop marketingstrategies and campaigns.
Cultivate and maintainstrategic relationships with media outlets and journalists/ reporters inVietnam and overseas.
Develop and implement crisiscommunications advice and media strategy, as needed
Combine creative thinking withfactual analysis to develop appropriate strategies in order to ensure thetactical campaigns reach the company target audiences as effectively as possible.
Conduct extensiveresearch regarding the market, competitors and customer base before preparing amarketing campaign
Recommend the line supervisor the bestform of media for specific projects and campaigns as well as the most effectivetime spans and locations, presenting proposals, with media and cost schedulesfor final decision.
Arrange press conferences,news briefings, media interviews, visits and public events including thepreparation of all contents with the agreement of the concerning business lineleaders.
Work closely with colleagues and companybusiness line leaders and strong ties with Savills offices in Vietnam to updatethe company activities and understand the company’s objectives and business strategies.
Build long- term relationshipswith all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people,politicians, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS/ PERSONALITIES:
Excellentorganizational and time management skills with the ability to multi- task;
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal and writing skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Proficiency inwritten English and computer skills
Good teamwork
At least 3- yearexperience in PR/ Communication/ Marketing
Ability to workeffectively under pressure
