JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
· Prepares TP disclosure form, benchmarking study, TPdocumentation.
· Conducts TP diagnosticfor clients.
f managers.
Produces TP/ tax advisory report under supervision
· Assists clients in TP/ taxinspection and deals with tax authorities.
· Regularly attends meetings; when appropriate, answering client
queries. Takes minutes and proactively encourages the Partner/Manager to follow
up on agreed actions.
· Builds good rapport with the client, with a clear understanding ofclient expectations and achieving high levels of client service.
· Develops an internal network within the tax department and otherservice lines.
· Assists managers in internal technical training and engagementmanagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Skills
finance;
Bachelor’s degree or post- graduate degree in accounting, tax, law or corporate
as basic Vietnamese tax knowledge.
with Vietnam’s transfer pricing regulations, OECD TP guidance and BEPS; as well
Be familiar
years working experience in tax & transfer pricing work;
Minimum of 3
Fluency in
English, both speaking and writing;
PowerPoint;
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and
interpersonal and communications skill;
Good project management, teamwork,
· Candidates
preferable but it is not mandatory.
holding VTCA, CPA, ACCA, CPAA, ICAEW, and Transfer Pricing Certificates are
