Duties and Responsibilities
· Documentsupport interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
· Assist withuser onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Assist withthe setup and configuration of computers and peripherals.
· Provideguidance on software usage to end- users.
· Ensurecompliance with security policies.
· Respond tohelp desk tickets and service requests.
· Providetechnical support to end- users via phone, email, or in- person.
· Diagnose andresolve hardware and software issues.
· Install,upgrade, and configure software applications.
· Collaboratewith IT administrators for complex problems.
· Maintain aninventory of hardware assets.
· Followestablished procedures for issue escalation.
· Other dutiesas assigned.
· Report andaddress security incidents or vulnerabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications/skills
· Education: A degree inInformation Technology or a related field is preferred.
Technical
Skills:

Proficiency in Windows, and Basic knowledge of hardware and OSI model, network
· Soft Skills: Goodinterpersonal and communication skills.
