Job description:
- Customs document filing: adequate & transfer to Accounting team in time.
- Import expense verification & payment: ensure import expense is booked in system fully & correctly
- Weekly cross- check C/O to avoid errors & risks
- Insurance control: contact Insurance Co. & related parties to claim for import insurance (if any)
- Monitor specialized quality checking procedures by government authorities for imported CBU
- Control import duty payment: ensure import duty to be paid on time & adequately
- Monitor import shipment & customs clearance: from shipping date to warehouse date, ensure in time and no storage, demurrage & detention cost
- Prepare documents for import price consultation with customs
- HS code & tariff management: ensure customs declaration with correct HS code & tariff as well as full FTA tariff application.
- Follow up collecting original shipping documents & original contracts from overseas suppliers
Job requirement:
- Good English communication skills
- 1~2 years of working experience in similar positions
- University graduate with bachelor degree in International Trade, SCM or related field
- High team work spirit, high sense of responsibility
