JOB DESCRIPTION
Budget Management: Manage and optimize the advertising budget for the assigned channels (with a significant advertising budget).
Campaign Optimization: Execute advertising campaigns, monitor and prioritize campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Content Creation: Develop communication content (images, copy, etc.)- ideate, produce, and run advertising campaigns on the created content.
Cross- Functional Support: Assist with tasks across other departments as needed.
Market Research: Monitor education market trends and propose new marketing ideas.
Reporting: Provide regular progress and performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
Campaign Execution: Implement Facebook Ads and Google Search advertising campaigns as per the product and Edtech education product allocation plan for WeGrow.
REQUIREMENT
Serious, progressive, eager to learn, and willing to venture into new areas.
Demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Experience in running advertising campaigns with a budget exceeding 300 million VND per month is an advantage.
Strong writing skills in marketing, PR, and communications.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in running Facebook advertising campaigns.
Ability to implement various advertising products and services of the company on the Facebook channel.
Proficiency in using tools such as Landing pages, Google Sheets, Photoshop, AI, etc.
Experience working in an educational or social enterprise environment is an asset.
Graduation from a university with a major in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
