AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assist the IOM in developing and continually enhancing IO’s partnership management system;
Maintain comprehensive records of all partnership agreements;
Prepare & liaise with relevant departments (ie. Legal/ Compliance…) to prepare drafts of partnership agreements/MOU/partnership confirmation letters…as directed by the IOM;
Act as primary liaison person for the IOM to update all exchange programme information (inbound & outbound) or resolve concerns raised (if any) if the process of executing exchange programmes with respective Partner institutions;
Conduct researches tasks including market researches/ institutional info gathering/ competitor analysis reports.. when being assigned by IOM;
Prepare regular partnership reports, news articles for promotion/ public announcement/ internal distribution (to SR/MC/students…) as requested by IOM;
Assist IOM in identifying and establishing new institutional partnerships as well as maintaining active collaboration and engagement with existing partner institutions;
Take detailed notes, prepare minutes/records of meetings with partners (both online & offline);
Coordinate and prepare partnership meetings/events and visits;
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Essential
Research and business analytical experience;
Negotiation skills is essential;
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/International Relations Management or Education Management or other related fields;
Good (at least be familiar) with Microsoft 365 (and its Applications);
Strategic thinking
Good in Computer literacy skills : MS office applications (PPT., DOC., EXCEL., OUTLOOK);
Soft- skills : Public speaking/ presentation skills
Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills and listening skills;
Experience in administration and partnership management from a multi- national organization;
Desirable
Language : Korean /French/others.. if any
Master degree;
Experience in international cooperation division of H.E Institutions
