JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage
weekly project status reports, cost management report
medium projects of new scooter models in terms of cost and timing: daily and
goods delivery
To meet projects&039; targets, coordinate with
Buyers to collect quotations, choose suppliers, monitor sample development and
Use SAP/SRM to issue Contract, PO correct and on
time; record and file documents daily and other ad hoc tasks
Proactively solve issues to meet deadlines of
projects
Support on logistics for sample delivery to

quotations, new component development, and monthly payment to Suppliers
Support Commodity Buyer in collecting
REQUIREMENTS
• Commit to work 6 months
• Final year student or just graduated majoring in business administration, hotel management, or other related fields
• Fluency in English
• Good in Excel, Outlook
• High level of personal discipline and integrity
• Good communication skill, teamwork, resilience
• Careful, caution and precise at work
• Strong focus on results
• Dynamic, enthusiastic personality eager to learn with strong curiosity and proactive approach
• Work location: Vinh Phuc (Have bus for employees living in HN)
