[HN/ĐN office] Development Manager (Sign on bonus one month of salary applied in Ha Noi)

Make plan to develop skill of subordinate to meet company strategy.
Direct subordinate to implement the policy of company.
Direct project&039;s resources, develop project plan, ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and OP meets company’s policy.
Coordinate with stakeholder to ensure the overall success of the project.
Orient the challenge for each subordinate and measure the achievement.
Control and manage all area of project from get requirement to delivery to customer
Monitor performance and coaching subordinate in development process, management skill and solving method.
Support pre-sales activities, includes consulting, proposing solution and estimation.
Act as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation when necessary.
Monitor company common activities and corporate with others managers to solve issues if any.
Ensure that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process.

More than 7 years’ experience in software development and 1 ~ 2 years’ experience in project management.
4~6 years’ experience in Java Enterprise Application or Microservice development, preferably using popular Java development framework / tools such as Spring framework, JPA, JMS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
Experience in Retails/Manufacturing industry is a plus.
Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
Japanese company experience is preferable.
2~3 years’ experience in any of Oracle/MS SQL/Postgresql
Direct experience to manage full cycle of Warehouse, Production, DMS project.
Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
Excellent in English (Ha Noi office) or Japanese (Da Nang office)
Good design documentation is required.
Able to work under tight schedule.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate is a plus.
