Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards. Also assists in obtaining data regarding types, quantities, specifications. Helps to minimize excessive material on production floor.
Assists in training and set up new production line activities. Suggest and do training program for new line leader and operator
Assists in the coordination of production activities. Work with others dept. in procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
Reviews and discusses production, quality control, maintenance, to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems with production supervisors.
Monitors all production metrics. Seeks continued improvement in lowering line and plant defects per million (DPM).
Assists in the minimization of scrap. Ensures that each workstation has a clean operating area.
Assists in the implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve metrics.
Ensures that Line leader and operator understand and adhere to appropriate policies and procedures.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Have experience in multiple nation company; Acknowledge in electronic Industry is advantage.
Good communication skills, affinity, hard work, quick response, and quick processing; Strong in analysis and solving skill.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in Industry management, Industrial Engineering.
At least 2 years’ experience work in equivalent position. Have experience in training and set up factory is advantage.
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e- mail skills required.

Good command in English in a must. Chinese is advantage.
