This position’s responsibility additionally includes preparing the list of expected arrivals for the Rooms department, assisting in preregistration activities when appropriate, and processing advance reservation deposits.
The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling the communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or through a central reservation system, reservation hotline.
This position works from 08:30 – 18:30 (Including lunch time)
The Reservation Agent reports directly to the Reservation Manager and works closely with other team members in Sales and Marketing department.
This role needs to create and maintain reservation records, preparing letters of confirmation and promptly processing any cancellations and modifications, handling guest message via online channels platforms and social media.

Experience of using Microsoft Office (specially outlook)
Reservation skills, solving problem skill
1- year experience at Reservation
Able to work shifts (rotation shift)
Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
