[HO] INVESTMENT SPECIALIST (HÀ NỘI)

• Position Overview:

Investment Specialist/Sr Specialist will be part of Investment Function and be responsible for preparing the documents needed to implement investment activities, analyzing the investment opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Strategic:

• Advise the Investment Manager in finding investment opportunities and implementing the investment activities to meet the assigned investment objectives;

Governance:

• To ensure that all activities comply with norms and internal regulation within Aviva VN


• Ensure the key risks have been identified and reported

Operational:

• Be responsible of establishing investment strategy such as:

• Update financial market conditions and build up market scenarios;


• Collect and analyse information to support Investment (Sr) Manager to prepare the investment plan for each fiscal year to achieve short, medium and long term goal


• To perform investment activities under investment manager’s management, ensure all investment activities compliant with involved laws, internal policies and procedures:


• Find out the investment opportunities suitable with Company's need


• Make the Investment Proposal after analyzing the investment opportunities


• Implement the approved investment proposal by coordinating with related department


• Report to stakeholder regularly or per ad-hoc request.


• Be responsible of risk management including:


• Support (Sr) Investment Manager to construct the Company's Investment Policy, Investment Dashboard, Standard Operational Process (SOP) and other process and procedures.


• Propose risk mitigation by setting counterparty limit, strategic assets allocation...

• Make risk assessment report
