[HO]- PROJECT HOUSING LOAN DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Overview

To response for leading the development, implementation, and performance management of the nationwide Project Housing Loan portfolio for retail customers.
To drive innovation in lending products and ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.
To oversee product strategy, project analysis, partnership management with real estate developers, and cross- functional coordination to deliver competitive products and sales tools that drive business growth and compliance.

Product Strategy and Development

Define and manage product features, credit policies, and pricing frameworks in collaboration with Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to maintain product competitiveness.
Lead the end- to- end development of project housing loan products — from market research, product design, pricing, to launch and performance tracking.
Drive digital and automation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance customer experience.

Real Estate Project Analysis

Conduct comprehensive analysis of real estate projects — including legal, financial, progress, and developer reputation aspects.
Maintain and update the approved project portfolio with regular performance review.
Evaluate project feasibility and risk- return balance for cooperation approval.

Business Development and Partnerships

Directly negotiate cooperation agreements to support project loan distribution.
Develop project- specific business plans and drive implementation with sales and branch networks.
Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with major real estate developers and agencies.

Business & Performance Management

Develop business plans for project- based sales and track achievement.
Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Monitor sales performance, loan quality, and profitability; propose corrective actions.

Education:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, product development, or real estate finance.
Preference will be given who has close network/relationship with large developers.
At least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience working with real estate developers or in project- based lending (project analysis and partnership negotiation).
