[HO] TAX - SENIOR OFFICER

Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Tax regulations, optimize lawful tax obligations, and provide strategic tax advisory support to management.
- To register the initial tax procedure for the newly established branches;
- To study and advise the tax treatment on the banking business activities to legally optimize tax expense;
- To work with tax inspectors and other authorities for any taxation issues;
- To assist the supervisor level in monitoring the regular tax tasks and the Bank’s tax compliance;
- To support and guide the branches in taxation aspects if any;
- To assign ad- hoc work related to work assigned by superiors;
- To prepare, declare and submit the tax return of VAT, FCT, other taxes in a timely and accurate manner;
- To participate in building and improving internal tax control processes.
