Coordinate mass and key hiring processes across departments.
Manage candidate sourcing pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
Develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning for hotel operations.
Build relationships with talent pools and recruitment partners.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring efficiency.

Have knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and hiring strategies.
Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
