Monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring efficiency.

Have knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and hiring strategies.
Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
