As a Holistic & Wellness Manager your goal is to provide the highest quality of service to Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho clients in the form of holistic treatments, such as Yoga, Meditation, Aura cleansing, Chakra balancing, as per hotel offers.
You must be maintaining a peaceful and comfortable environment for our clients to feel relaxed. You should have in- depth knowledge of various techniques as briefly described above. In addition to this, you should be managing and maintaining all hygiene standards of the Spa Hoa Sen.
Holistic & Wellness Manager focuses on a person’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well- being. We might be using expressive arts, such as dance, art, or music to work with people, or use mindfulness practices, including meditation and relaxation techniques, as well as physical approaches such as Yoga, Pilates, or Tai Chi.
You should possess amazing customer service skills with the ability to understand the needs of a client. Along with this, you should be phenomenal in communication skills as well as a right approach to both guest, colleagues, and Managers.
Set goals relating to the Spa department, always ensure the highest level of simple luxury customer service while sustaining revenue and cost of the operations for the Spa department.
Updated with the current Spa, Holistic & Wellness trends and be able to adapt to the guests demands, integrating to the Spa menu and wellness services while maintaining the Zannier Hotels Spa philosophy.
Promotes an esthetic beauty and tranquility environment of the Spa department as well as to promote the philosophy of the Zannier Hotels brand, and the Spa & Wellness, reporting directly to the Resort or General Manager of the property.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
As a team member of the SPA & Wellness Team, and as an employee of Bai San Ho Resort, a Holistic Therapist job description should include, not as exclusive, the following duties and responsibilities:
Directly oversee and evaluate the Spa daily operations and work activities with the Spa team.
Following the protocol list of the spa ethics before providing Spa & Wellness services.
Answering client’s questions in detail and without hesitation.
Checking holistic equipment daily for compliances and correct functioning, reporting to SPA Manager any breakages or discrepancies.
Lead the Spa reception to support the Spa team for guests’ inquiries and reservations.
Participate in daily briefings with the GM/RM of the resort, to have a good communication and cooperation with all departments.
Consistently gather guests’ feedback and explain or act on negative ones.
Performing all the different holistic treatments, as per Bai San Ho, SPA & Wellness standards.
Cleaning and sanitizing work instruments, and equipment before and/or after each use.
Monitor the flow of the guests and the Spa team for a smooth daily Spa & Wellness operation.
Provide suitable recommendations as needed, based on guest’s anamnesis.
To provide a holistic, evidence- based therapy service to guests.
Be spiritual and conscious of the true meaning of SPA, balancing not only the cultivating of a successful business, but be aware of the responsibilities of the Spa team and guest’s health and wellness.
Being able to explain to the client all various holistic offers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the Wellness and Holistic industry.
Based on the above, suggest adequate changes to the Management in order to improve further quality and quantity of services as appropriate
Responding emails, confirming Spa reservations for Holistic & Wellness sessions, and providing the information for all inquiries related to the Spa department and services.
Adhering to the health and safety regulations set by Bai San Ho Resort and SPA & Wellness department.
Communicating with guests during practices to adjust techniques as necessary.
