JOB DESCIPTION
Analyzing metrics and feedback: You&039;ll be responsible for analyzing viewer metrics and feedback to determine the success of the livestream events and identify areas for improvement.
Shop In Shop management: daily check products, banners, stocks and LIVE products basket (full- size, suitable to audience...).
Hosting and presenting livestreams: As a livestreamer, you&039;ll be responsible for presenting and hosting the livestreams. This may involve moderating discussions, interviewing guests, and providing commentary or analysis on the livestream content that will help in converting sales.
Planning and executing livestream events: You&039;ll work with the brand to plan and coordinate livestream events that align with the brand&039;s goals and increasing upsells and cross- sells.
Creating engaging content: You&039;ll be responsible for creating and delivering content that resonates with the brand&039;s target audience. This may include scripting, storyboarding, and designing visuals or other multimedia assets that support the livestream content.
Review post- live data: audience demographics; products interest; watch durations; conversion rate;... and make action plans to enhance and improve such KPIs
Be in- touch with Key Account from platform for: benefits from platform; dispute settlements; campaign registrations...
Daily host Livestream session of at least 3hrs per LIVE.
Engaging with viewers: You&039;ll be expected to interact with viewers during the livestream, responding to their questions and comments and building engagement and community around the brand.
Coordinate with departments for any related functions: finance; marketing...
Operation software and support interaction (pin products, answer comments via typing...) during LIVE. Respond to Customer enquiries via Chat and develop FAQ.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Vietnamese speaking is a requirement for this role.
Available for shift work: Mon- Fri, 2 rotating shift: 8AM- 5PM or 2PM- 10PM
At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in e- Commerce or high- growth industries,livestream experience is preferred and and experience with platforms such as TikTok/ Lazada/Shopee would be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can- do attitude and ability to thrive. in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, production. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should possess a fun, energetic, and confident personality.
