Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front- of- House Service
The Hostess / Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, seamless, and memorable dining experience.
Monitor dining room flow and seating availability
Present menus to guests at entrance and provide any initial information if needed
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Customer Service & Communication
Coordinate closely with service staff and management
Manage all reservations, walk- ins, and waiting lists efficiently, including bookings via phone and official fanpages
Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
Resolve minor guest concerns and escalate when necessary
Administrative & Operational Duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
Uphold brand standards and service protocols
Assist with opening and closing duties

Must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar job.
Be understanding and supportive, encouraging and helpful to all.
Have experience of working in an international environment
Must be familiar with all establishment procedures and regulations. Be able to support stress, handles complaints and have team leadership.
Must be able to work independently, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding question as problem solving.
Training: Must stay familiar with on- going Food and Beverage trends assigned by the Executive Manager
