Helps maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.
To report lost and found items and guest incidents report to Supervisor.
To check, advise and coordinate with station Captain on daily events and summary.
To process thorough knowledge of menus and beverage list.
To greet and seat guest.
To allocate table accordingly.
To handle reservations and inquires.
To check, update and follow up on daily events.
To check and update poster according to meal period.
Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
To liaise duties and responsibilities with waiter/ waitress.
