This role will handle table reservations, control the flow of guest, seating them and perform hostess duties in a manner consistent with the hotel standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
Check, advise and coordinate with station Captain on daily events and summary.
Handle reservation and inquires.
Update, check and follow up on daily events.
Be responsible to begin and end the related duty cashiering procedures
Allocate table accordingly.
Take guest payment, closing guest bills and reporting any issues to related supervisors
Handle customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
Handle guest inquiries and requests and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for proper action.
Process through knowledge of menus and beverage list.
Be responsible of Cashier Station, confident with all kind of payment system
Quantity and nature of guest comments and complaints
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body languages.
Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.

Interacts with both colleagues and occasionally with guests
Pleasant physical appearance
Have previous hostess and cashier experience is a plus for the hotel operations
Great English and Vietnamese language skills
Good interpersonal skills required.
Able to handle demanding workload
