[Hot Job] Ocean Freight Manager - Trưởng Phòng Vận Tải Đường Biển

• Closely track market feedback and competitor pricing, share insights internally
• Cross check with Accounting team about SOA with agency (domestic/oversea).
• Check all emails and follow shipment to prevent the trouble as much as possible.
• Having skills/knowledge, experience in handling project cargo, handle OOG cargo….
• Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about Ocean Freight.
• Manage and ensure OPS team follow SOP, data’s right updated onto systems and timely.
• Other jobs assigned by Branch Manager
• Make and Cross check all quotation made by operation staff (if any)
• Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s.
• Co- ordinate and support sales team to develop business.
• Firmly grasp market prices and effectively manage prices
• Always finding new vendors in good providing trucking, customs broker services professionally
• Updating weekly report (volume, revenue, etc.).
• Manage the end- to- end process of customers&039; business operations, including coordination of logistics, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Handle customers’ enquiries, quotations and overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions
• Having strong relationship with carriers, co- loaders to get competitive rate offer from them for all inquiries coming from over agents/ customers.
