[Hot] Sales Manager (Logistics) (ASGL) (Lương và Đãi Ngộ Hấp Dẫn) Công Ty Cổ Phần Logistics ASG

- Coordinate with other departments in the company to develop new solutions/products to meet customer’s demand.
- Build, promote and expand sustainable, long- term relationships with customers
- Research and advise the Board of Management on market movement, solutions, strategies for business development, enhancing brand recognition, and potential projects.
- Other tasks as requested by the Board of Management
- Periodic reports and other reports as requested by the Board of Management
- Assign tasks, supervise, and take responsibility for the results and effectiveness of employees in the department.
- Identify opportunities and develop business in the field of logistics services: air/sea/road forwarding, warehouses, ...
- Implement business plans, propose options to complete business KPI targets

- Good knowledge of laws and regulations of transportation
- Good knowledge and experience logistics, especially in forwarding and transportation.
- At least 5 years of working experience in logistics, especially in forwarding, transportation with at least 3 years working in relevant position.
- Foreign Language:
+ Other foreign languages (Chinese, Korean…) preferred.
+ English: proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Skills:
+ Good communication and persuasion skills
+ Skills to flexibly solve situations, make quick and accurate decisions
+ Skills in analyzing information and synthesizing reports.
+ Team and group leadership skills.
- Personality requirement: Good ethics, honesty, responsibility, working under pressure.
