Hotel Manager

A Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of hotels, ensuring efficient management, and providing strategic direction. They are in charge of supervising staff, managing budgets, hotels operation, and maintaining compliance with laws and guidelines.Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Key responsibilities:
• Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
• Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
• Establish operational policies, procedures, and standards in line with the hotel&039;s brand guidelines and industry best practices, covering areas such as guest services, housekeeping, and security…
• Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation, to ensure the consistence of the hotel overall operations
• Other assigned tasks by BOM
• Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
• Source, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with various vendors and suppliers for hotel supplies, equipment, and services for ongoing operations.
• Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standard
• Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives
• Lead the recruitment and training of key staff members, including department heads, supervisors, and staff, to build a high- performing team capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Specific skills / abilities: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail.
- Experience: more than 05 years working in Hospitality industry with extensive understanding of industry trend and market practices
- Personal qualities: Overall and detail oriented
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
