Housekeeping Linen Attendant - Nhân Viên Phòng Vải

• Issues new uniforms to new staff, following the order from the Administration office. Obtains a signature from the new staff
• To understand and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations established in the Employees Handbook
• Informs the Housekeeping Supervisor in case of uniform/linen abuse
• Repairs staff uniforms, linen and guest items upon request.
• To understand and strictly adhere to the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, Health and safety and to handle all equipment, utensils and uniforms with care
• Deliver clean linen to all pantry/store
• To undertake any other reasonable tasks and secondary duties as set by Management
• Efficiently manage stock control and the maintenance of all equipment
• Keeps the sewing machine clean, oiled and in good working condition
• Assists the Housekeeping Supervisor in the monthly linen/uniform inventory
• When the employee’s contract is terminated, ensures the return of the complete uniform before approving their issuance slip.
• Reports for work on time wearing a clean and tidy uniform and neatly groomed per standards
• Control the quantity of linen/uniform sending out for washing, make sure no missing or damaging
• Maintains the entire linen / uniform room in a clean and orderly manner.
