Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
The Role
 To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the residents’ satisfaction.
Planning & Organizing:
To review the employee schedule and annual leave plan to ensure the correct allocation of resources in order to improve owner/resident/guest satisfaction levels as well as employee productivity and satisfaction
To prepare and distribute the Al a Carte services requests in coordination with the A la Carte Services supervisor
3, Perform regular Room Attendant&039;s Performance Audit to ensure everyone has the same work quality.
Administration:
To write and update the policies and procedures, as well as cleaning checklists for Hotel & Residential component.
Prepare and conduct employee performance appraisals in collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper.
Oversee the implementation of a training plan for all Housekeeping team and outsourced public area team members

• Experienced in room inspection job or at least has been doing self-checkers in 5-star properties.
• Able to do rotated 8 hrs shift works, in rotated designated areas.
• Able to perform office jobs
• Able to perform leadership skill, management skills as well as coaching skills.
• Able to use basic Microsoft Office Applications as well as sending/receiving emails.
• Ability to have basic English communication is a plus.
• No past injury recorded
