*Job Deion:
Implement a sales strategy for disposable gloves, providing optimal service to OEM customers to achieve sales targets.
Develop new customers by employing sales strategies to promote new products or proposing new product introductions based on customer needs.
Collect and analyze customer and industry information for the assigned market.
Manage orders/trade documents and handle and track customer complaints to ensure comprehensive customer service.
Utilize international trade knowledge for effective business communication and negotiation.
Execute and plan projects as needed.
Coordinate customer visits to overseas factories based on their needs, explaining manufacturing processes and quality policies.
Prepare and consolidate various performance reports.
Maintain customer relationships and execute daily business operations such as sample sending, purchase orders (PO), proforma invoices (PI), sampling, shipping, quoting, accounts receivable, etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with customers.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Positive mindset, a cooperative attitude, and a focus on finding solutions.
- Solid knowledge of social media communication.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Teamwork skills and receptiveness to feedback.
