Recruitment, training & coaching
- Negotiate and deal with Candidates offer which suitable budget approved from BOD.
- In co- operation with other sections, leading HR- ADM staff to improve teamwork mind, service performance, ensure the achievement of section objectives.
- To consult and/or propose to superior for the improvement of HR section.
- Manpower review
- General responsibility on management and control all service activities of HR- ADM Section.
- Organize and participate the training courses need as requirement from BOD or Suppliers
- Analyze the expenses for saving costs such as transportation, stationery, telephone, security, office machine.
- To motivate every employee to follow company policy, company regulation, ensuring smooth services for production & every concerning activity in the company.
- Planning and leading to coordinate with training department or trainer for internal training. Follow internal training, record the internal training, update to training handbook.
- Participate
- Together participate in the interview with Managers and HOD to select and evaluate the potential candidates and talents.
HR management
- Prepare and manage the HR Department budget, follow up the budget.
- Update and re- structure organization chart
- Staff position and handbook review.
- Join, coordinate with union to solve conflict and bridge with employees for company policies and regulations.
- Staff particular update and review to report to HQ in Singapore.
- Planning and leading to coordinate with training department or trainer for internal training. Follow internal training, record the internal training, update to training handbook.

- Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Join and support to evaluate the HR of ISO 9001- 2015, ISO 14001- 2015, ISO 45001- 2018
- Insurance renewal
- Leading the recruitment, recruitment survey in local, review new manpower requisition of each department, making the recruitment plan, checking the recruitment channel, overview the candidate for interview, managing recruitment procedure.
Admin management
- Control & support GA staff to work with supplier in foreigner working permit, VISA and resident card.
- Control the Security under the company regulations and procedure.
- Join and support to evaluate the Admin of ISO 9001- 2015, ISO 14001- 2015, ISO 45001- 2018
- Manage the cost of suppliers (like shuttle bus, renting photocopy machines, renting house, gardeners. Telephones and express delivery….
- Control office cost (like electricity, stationary, uniform….)
Salary and C&B control
- Plan and minimize Overtime budget and report to HOD.
- Leading the recruitment, recruitment survey in local, review new manpower requisition of each department, making the recruitment plan, checking the recruitment channel, overview the candidate for interview, managing recruitment procedure, leading HR Staff to follow recruitment ever.
- Other assignments from BOD.
- Monthly salary review and check before sending to HHOD to approve.
- Calculate and review the annual salary appraisal for all department salaries.
EHS
- Support EHS to build Safety procedure of ISO 9001- 2015, ISO 14001- 2015, ISO 45001- 2018
- Together with EHS staff to patrol factory.
