Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and detail- oriented HR & Admin Executive with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join our People & Culture team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining payroll accuracy, compliance with labor regulations, and office operations while contributing to employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Track and declare Personal Income Tax (PIT) on a quarterly basis; maintain PIT records.
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Prepare monthly HR reports and labor statistics for internal use and government submissions.
Support performance evaluation cycles, contract renewals, and employee satisfaction surveys.
Manage Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) registration, adjustments, and payments.
Maintain and update timekeeping data, leave balances, and employee master list using HRM tools.
Draft, issue, and manage labor contracts (probationary, definite/indefinite, services contracts).
Assist in C&B policy implementation including bonuses, allowances, and compliance checks.
HR Administration
Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, confirmations, and termination paperwork.
Maintain up- to- date employee personnel files (hard and soft copies) and digital documentation.
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and probation tracking.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and statutory reporting.
Handle work permit, TRC documentation, and related paperwork for expatriates.
Office Administration
Manage vendor payments and recurring office expenses (utilities, rent, supplies, subscriptions, etc.).
Coordinate company- wide administrative activities such as health checkups, travel bookings, and internal documentation.
Handle purchases: stationery, pantry items, hygiene supplies, equipment, and tech assets.
Oversee office operations: document notarization, equipment maintenance, meeting logistics.
Administer office systems: internet, security cameras, Google accounts, filing systems.
Culture & Internal Engagement
Ensure administrative alignment with company values and team wellbeing.
Organize and support internal culture events, including monthly Townhalls and team initiatives.
Other Responsibilities
Perform other ad- hoc tasks and projects as assigned by line manager to support organizational needs.
