Objectives
We’re looking for an HR Admin & IC Executive to provide efficient administrative and HR support that ensures smooth daily operations of the company, while contributing to internal communication initiatives that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands- on experience in both office administration and people- focused communication activities.
Job Description
Administration (70%):
Office management:
Manage inventories, stationery/travel/event expenses, and maintenance costs of the company
Monitor and ensure adequate supplies and stationery
Operations:
Proceed, follow up and update payment request
Process Improvement & Smart Working: Identify ways to automate repetitive tasks and optimize administrative workflows.
Manage papers and records of the HR Department in place
Assist in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.
Receive, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees/departments/clients as required
Internal Communication (30%):
Content Creation: Support internal HR newsletters, employee spotlights, and company- wide announcements.
Assist in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year- end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
Ability to work independently and with cross- functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Strong problem solving skills.
1+ years of experience in administrative, HR roles or operation/assistant.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities. English skills are required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience coordinating internal events or communications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact across departments and levels
