HR Admin Intern (Attractive Allowance)

Key Responsibilities
Manage HR Documents & records:
• Support updating, archiving, and securing HR- related documents and records in accordance with company regulations.
• Scan, photocopy, and classify documents.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing candidate and employee files (both hard and soft copies).
Support labor contract administration:
• Support verifying information on contracts for accuracy.
• Track the progress of contract signing.
• Contract Archiving: Systematically organize, classify, and archive signed labor contracts into the management system (both hard and soft copies) for easy retrieval.
• Assist in printing and preparing labor contracts, contract annexes, and related legal documents.
Orther task:
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide assistance with recruitment and internal event organization as needed.
Key Requirements
• Available for a full- time internship commitment.
• 3rd/4th- year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive, and a positive work attitude.
• Proficiency Chinese (big plus) or English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be careful, meticulous, organized, and have a high sense of responsibility (a critical requirement for handling documents and files).
