HR & Admin Manager - FMCG/Retail (Thai language)

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and administrative functions for both commercial and manufacturing activities in Vietnam. This role will work closely with the Country Manager as well as the HR Headquarters team in Thailand (approximately 50% collaboration).
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative management, including office operations, company assets, and travel arrangements.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to understand commercial needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure HR processes support both manufacturing and commercial operations in Vietnam.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team in Thailand on regional HR frameworks, reporting, compliance, and project implementation.
• Develop and maintain policies aligned with company standards and local labor laws.
• Lead and manage all HR & Admin functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR operations.
• Supervise and develop a team of 2–3 HR/Administration staff.
• Travel at least once per month for operational or regional HR coordination.
• Participate in regular business reviews and provide HR insights to leadership.
• Support organizational development initiatives, talent management, and succession planning.
