Implement HR plans to build, maintain, and strengthen positive and harmonious labor relationships between employees and the company.
Execute the recruitment strategy, ensuring all vacancies are filled ly with high- quality candidates.

Job Description
Execute the full cycle of recruitment including:
Complete detailed job description with the hiring manager, job p to determine position specifications
Report interview results to HRD and make the job offer under HRD’s direction
Prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings, and perform reference and background checks
Search for qualified candidates, 1st round interview and arrange further interviews
Follow up and support employees throughout the probationary period
HR tasks:
Ensure that information and messages from the company are communicated clearly and correctly to employees.
Implement labor management processes, including probationary evaluation, labor contract renewal evaluation, labor contract making, personnel rotation procedures, storage of labor documents, personnel records staff, attendance control, employee data update, etc.
Guide employees to implement HR processes and regulations in compliance with the company’s regulations
Report and propose solutions to improve the working environment for HRD
Administrative tasks:
Work with building management and authorities for arising issues
Carry out procedures for payment of office expenses
Handle newcomers proceed: fingerprint, uniform, etc.
Manage office equipment to ensure smooth operations
Work with suppliers to provide necessary services (parking, leasing, cleaning, event, etc.)
Maintain office cleanliness
Organize regular activities such as birthday parties, company trips, year- end parties, periodic health checks, and other activities according to company orientation
Other tasks assigned by Managers.
Arranging vehicles for employees on business trips in the most reasonable and cost- effective way
