Manage HR Administration: Letter of delegation of authority, Letter of Assignment, Job description, organization chart, staff leave, headcount, personal accident & medical insurance, office access system, overtime control, HR System administration (Workday), etc…
Other tasks assigned by Department Head
Monitor and handle local regulatory requirements for expatriate staff and their family members, including but not limited to work permit, entry visa, temporary residence etc…
Work with various vendors (such as Accident & medical insurance company), public officers (such as DOLISA, Immigration Bureau) to resolve administration issues.
Prepare and monitor HR administration reports: Late/ Leave report, Headcount report, report to local authorities.

Support to execute payroll
Prepare monthly/annually personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department.
Prepare monthly reports of new staffs, resigned staffs, maternity leave and sick leave to Social Insurance Agency

Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
Capable to work with relevant stakeholders, including local regulators
At least 5- year related experience, strong passion in HR work
Knowledgeable of related laws and regulations
Efficient in both teamwork and independent work
Bachelor’s degree
Strong ownership and execution in work, logical thinking, and multi- task capability
