HR Administration Supervisor is responsible to manage and lead the team to consistently implement human resources (HR) processes according to the company policies, including but not limited to social insurance, health insurance, performance appraisal, employee engagement and retention, termination process, etc.
Social Insurance administration:
- Manage the social insurance registration, claim and document distribution processes
Health insurance management:
- Participate in researching, evaluating and providing recommendation for suitable providers
- Calculate the monthly cost report
- Participant in assessing the effectiveness of the health insurance plan and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the benefits enrollment and claim processes
Promotion:
- Manage the operations of the employee promotion process
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in developing the promotion policy
Relocation services:
- Manage the relocation services process both international and domestics to ensure the compliance and effectiveness
Employee offboarding:
- Oversee and manage the whole offboarding policy and process
- Provide insights and recommendation to the management team to increase the employee retention
Employee communication coordination:
- Draft and translate internal notices and documents according to management requirements
- Manage the team as the first contact point of Compensation & Benefits department
Other
- Provide explanation, guidance and counsel in human resources matters for employees within the responsibility
- Participate in training, developing, and conducting performance evaluation for team members
- Guide, supervise and review the implementation of HR reports (according to regulations and on requests)
- Collect and analyze internal and external information to propose best methods, practices and update market trends.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- At least 5- year work experience in Human Resources field
- At least 2- year work experience in Leader, Supervisor positions
- Experience working in multinational companies and/or companies with headcount over 500 is a plus
- English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent
Professional knowledge and skills
- In- depth knowledge of HR and Employment Related Laws.
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to organize, to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point,…) or related software.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills.
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, high confidentiality
- Able to communicate / make presentations effectively by using a range of methods (graphs, charts, Power Points, etc.)
