HR and Training Lead (Bình Dương) YCH - Protrade Co., Ltd.

Loccation: YCH Binh Hòa, Thuận An, Bình Dương (gần trạm thu phí cầu Ông Bố)
Training (50%)
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers;
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
- Designing training programs and delivering training in line with the development strategy of the company;
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.
Employee Administration/Adult (30%)
- Prepare an entire set of HR- related documents following each audit.
- Monitor plan vs actual, reporting of overtime in all sections for employees and Casual Labor, Calculation of monthly salary for both employees and Casual Labor.
- Ensure all employees are fully trained in HR practices and policies for auditor’s review.
- Ensure that all records of overtime and working hours for employees are by the requirements of the law.
Recruitment & Selection (20%)
- Participate in the interview and recruitment process of new employees
- Modify and improve recruitment policies to attract talented candidates.

Good in communication and negotiation
At least 4- 6 years of experience in the HR & Training section
University Certificate major in Business Administration, Human Resources is preferable
Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
Ability to communicate in both verbal & written English
