Key Responsibilities
The position is fully responsible for the manager assisting to implement all HR functions including but not limited TA, C&B, Total Rewards and L&D, as well as HR Regional projects.
Talent Acquisition:
- Familiar with using HRIS (Success Factor) and technology tools for recruitment.
- Lead strategic sourcing and effective recruitment within commitment timeline.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Monitor onboarding process and orientation programs.
Total Rewards:
- Design, plan and conduct employee recognition programs includes short term, long- term, retention rewards and employee wellness/health and well- being program align to the organization strategic and business objectives.
- Monitor all C&B tasks and processes, HR database accuracy timely and effectively.
- Engage with business and stakeholders to ensure that best practice and cost- effective employee variable pay bonus programs.
- Main responsibility of implementing strategic C&B programs including policy, Sales incentives, C&B initiatives, pay analysis, salary market benchmark from end- to- end.
Talent Management and Learning Development
- Performance management: Assist HRM to implement full cycle of performance development system; Conduct annual promotion, rotation, cross boarding aligns with policy.
- Talent evaluation and track status of career development, CD&D progress.
- Assist HRM in the development of career roadmap, include review of current career pathways. Lead the job levelling and salary structure design associated with the career pathway.
- Assist HRM in talent review, job evaluation and job grade practices.
Learning and Development:
- Handling training reports as assignment.
- Conduct training research and best practices to improve training programs and create new initiatives.
- Assist HRM to design and implement training programs according to the needs of company and organization, E- Learning system SF and other regional trainings.
HR planning and operations:
- Handling routine and ad- hoc report, analysis which relates to total rewards.
- Review, standardize, develop and communicate policies related to total rewards.
- Plan and monitor HR budget annually.
- Act as a contact point of internal and external parties for any matters related to total rewards.
Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives
- Ensure human rights and employee privacy at the workplace.
- Participate in Region conferences, and special projects, when required.
- Ensure compliance in labor practices, maintain and develop DE&I, affirmative actions in equal employment opportunity.
- Participate in workshops/ conferences of local HR community to learn best practices to apply for company.
