HR Business Partner (C&B Focused)
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to: HR Manager
You’re analytical yet empathetic — someone who sees the story behind numbers and policies. You enjoy building fair, efficient systems and believe that great compensation isn’t just about paying people right, but about creating trust, motivation, and long- term growth. If you&039;re detail- oriented, confident navigating payroll in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, and want to grow into a strategic HR partner, this role is made for you.
Type: Full- time
Payroll & Compliance (50%)
• Coordinate with Finance and Tax teams for payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting.
• Manage monthly payroll end- to- end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
• Handle calculations and processing for OT, leave, bonuses, allowances, and final settlements (resignations/terminations).
• Monitor changes in regulations (social insurance, PIT, labor law updates, etc.) and ensure internal processes are updated accordingly.
Compensation & Benefits Projects (30%)
• Benchmark market data to support salary review, merit increases, and bonus schemes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of fair and motivating C&B policies.
HR Business Partnering (20%)
• Partner with line managers to address compensation- related queries and support people decisions.
• Provide HR insights from payroll data to improve employee experience and engagement.
What You’ll Need
• Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and confidentiality.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, social insurance, PIT, and payroll procedures.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable working with formulas, pivots, and payroll templates.
• 2–3 years of experience in payroll or C&B roles in Vietnam.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
