Responsibilities
Consult, deliver and ensure effective execution of HR processes and programs for ILO Academy
Source and recruit talent to strengthen the talent pipeline and maintain smooth business operations.
Partner with ILO Stakeholders to develop people capability and consult on people issues related to organization health.
Key Accountabilities:
Recruitment:
Share best practice and consult the ILO Academy Team in attraction & retention.
Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Show care to new hires and follow up their on-boarding program until the end of probation.
Build a network in Education to know talent mapping & understand the market practice and people reference.
Build a strong sourcing database for recruitment to enable right & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.
Talent Management:
Share with the Talent & OD Team to ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company’s Training plan.
Follow up in post training evaluation and development to decide on core people movement decisions.
Support ILO Academy talents on career, work/life, conflict issues to develop and grow.
Consult Function Heads & Line Managers in proposing a Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
HR Operations:
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Support day-to-day HR operations to execute employee lifecycle processes, seek continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiencies.
Business partnership:
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Total Rewards:
Generate business insights and propose rewards & recognition schemes for ILO Academy Team.
Develop innovative initiatives to recognize ILO Academy Team and keep them highly motivated.
Requirements
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization&039;s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRPB
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Experience in talent acquisitionGood command in EnglishExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
