Hansen Technologies is a global provider of billing solutions to the Utilities, Pay TV and Telecommunications industries. With over 40 years' experience in software solutions we currently have 31 offices and operate in over 80 countries, making us a true global company.
Established in 2018 our Vietnam operation is currently 120 people strong, and has become an important part of our business. Our Vietnam operation is an integral part of our capability to deliver industry leading solutions and outcomes for our customers. We are looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to support this part of our business and its people - because they are our most important asset!
The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership in Vietnam, as well as business leaders globally, to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the entire employee life cycle. You have established your HR career by demonstrating that you are a trusted adviser and have a calm and practical approach in resolving issues. You coach and support people managers and leaders on best practice HR, balancing the needs and drivers of the business to enhance culture and increase productivity.
If you describe yourself as someone who possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, has an very sound understanding of local employment law and employee relations practice and a looking for a new and exciting challenge then this role is for you!
On a daily basis, your role could cover the following duties and responsibilities:
* Business Partnering - Consult, partner and coach with people managers across all elements of the employee life cycle.
* Performance Management - Coach and advise people managers on best practice performance management techniques, ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Provide support to the business as required to improve company, team and individual performance whilst aligning with the business objectives.
* Employee Relations - Provide advice and coaching to people managers for the purpose of resolving complex workplace/employee relations issues.
* Organisational Development - Work with and support managers to create and deliver people related initiatives and interventions that support and enhance workplace culture
* HR Documentation - Ensure that HR policies, procedures and programs are maintained inline with HR best practice and relevant legislation.
* Talent Acquisition - Manage and work on projects and EVP initiatives as they arise
* HR Projects - Design and deliver a range of HR projects as determined by the global HR program of work
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience across the entire employee lifecycle
* Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving complex industrial and employee relations issues
* Experience in dealing with stakeholders across all levels with the ability to influence to get positive business and people outcomes
* Ability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives
* Knowledge and use of HRIS systems (advantageous)

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience across the entire employee lifecycle
Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving complex industrial and employee relations issues
Experience in dealing with stakeholders across all levels with the ability to influence to get positive business and people outcomes
Ability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives
Knowledge and use of HRIS systems (advantageous)
