Payroll
Manage the processes of Time Attendance, Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT, C&B database update accurately and timely.
Assist/Consult HR Manager in setting up rules, policies; provide guideline and support stakeholder in performing their daily works.
Manage HR software (HRM system) to ensure information fully and smoothly
Prepare C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required.
Manage all C&B document, especially for employee profile.
Labor contract renewal.
Support in managing employee benefits scheme according to the Labor Law and Company Policy.
Termination process.
General tasks:
Support for recruitment in Factory (if required)
Manage uniforms, Staff card, Food card
Manage fingerprint registration for employees
Make purchase requirement and manage stationery of HR department
Be one part of organizer team to implement internal Event
Other task assigned by HRM

Good communication skills.
Teamwork, openmind
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
English communication
Payroll systems administration skills.
Formal payroll qualification.
At least 2- year experience in same position
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, (including Excel)
