Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in multiple Asian countries. ( China, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam)
Payroll Processing:
Oversee end- to- end payroll processing for employees in Asian countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage payroll vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
Collaborate with payroll providers and finance teams to gather necessary payroll data.
Taxation and Reporting:
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations affecting payroll.
Oversee required reports to local authorities.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll- related taxes and statutory contributions.
Employee Relations:
Educate employees on payroll policies, tax deductions, and compliance matters.
Address payroll- related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly.
Process Improvement:
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.
Data Quality
Update Olmix Group HR software accurately (Olmix and Me, Skill- up...)

Support HR Asian team within the following process:
