MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and supervise recruiting to complete the implementation of external recruitment.
• Overseeing the HR Budget, proposing and taking measures to stay within the approved budget.
• Proposing and implementing compensation and benefits system, attending the salary negotiations together with the management; ensuring the accuracy of the pay slips.
• Representing the company in the relation with the public institutions.
• Building a team with the local management to implement change initiatives and develop short- and long – term HR strategies to reach the operational goals.
• Coordinating and dealing with labor disputes. Managing the employees relation, facilitating and mediating the disciplinary actions or potential conflicts.
• Guide and organize the implementation of the plant to complete the internal recruitment.
• Recruiting and selecting personnel in consultation with the operating departments, and offer support in the onboarding processes
• Managing employee facilities such as canteen, company bus, recreation room, etc.
• Develope the recruitment channels and organize campus recruitment.
• Ensuring optimisation and implementation of core HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, performance assessment and people development, in the daily practice of the HR department and the leaders, following the Group’s policies and standards
• Providing advice and support for executive managers and employees in terms of personnel engagement, development and further training.
• Managing internal departments including cooperation, coordination, support and control of Administration and HR procedures and activities.
• Coordinating the activities of employees relation and community responsibilities.
• Overseeing the payroll and HR admin activity, preparing different HR reports and KPIs (fluctuation, sick rate, absenteeism).
• Organization, filing, renewal, and controling or relevant documents including permits, approvals, certificates, and other official documents.
• Maintaining the relationship with staff, government, community and related company to ensure company running in a good internal and external environment.
• Ensuring optimisation and implementation of core HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, performance assessment and people development, in the daily practice of the HR department and the leaders, following the Group’s policies and standards.
• Working closely with the colleagues from the Group and other locations, participating in the development and implementation of different projects and activities at the Group level.
• Performing tasks delegated/ mandated by the General Director related to administrative departments including Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, IT and issues related to public and external affairs.
