Main tasks
Daily tasks:
E- learning
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual Elearning course review
- Monitor and evaluate online training programs, including feedback from learners (analyze and create reports for training programs)
- Coordinate with other departments to conduct Training Need Analysis for E- learning platform.
- Develops storyboards and scripts for E- learning and virtual live training of T&D..
- Maintain training records and databases
- Conduct necessary T&D reports
- Manage the E- learning system as Admin for 5 destinations.
- Coordinate with T & D Manager to check English of any changes or additions to any existing courses as well as new courses.
- Transform current & new face- to- face trainings into online trainings.
- Develops & ensure to implement a policy & management procedure for E- learning Platform (every training must have a test, notify about compulsory trainings, etc…)
KPI & Competencies Project
- Participate in data processing, statistical organization as the requirement of Project Leader.
Other tasks
Other tasks as requested by T & D Manager and KPI Project Leader

- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, English, computer science, information technology or other related majors
- Self- motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Willing to speak up at meetings and share ideas and issues.
- Fluent English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Good humored and pleasant to work with.
- Good at MS Office.
- Fresh graduate Or 1 years’ experience in Training & Development
- Good interpersonal & organizational skills
- Having experience with E- learning platform and online training courses is an advantage
